FAQ

Where can I park? There is plenty of parking at the studio.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Unfortunately the studio is accessed via a staircase.

What is the minimum age to attend workshops? 16 is the minimum age, but please get in contact as I may be able to do a private session with an accompanied minor.

What should I wear? For art & cyanotype workshops wear old clothes or bring your own apron or borrow one on the day. For glass workshops wear natural fibres i.e. non flammable clothing. No low cut tops and arms covered.

Are there any refreshments? Tea, coffee, herbal teas & biscuits will be available but please bring your own lunch for a full day workshop.

Is safety equipment provided? Yes, any equipment you may need for the workshop will be available.

What should I bring to a cyanotype workshop? You are welcome to bring some of your own plants, although I will have a selection for you ready to use. Interesting shaped leaves, (pressed or unpressed) work well. Nothing too thick or bigger than A4. Plants should be freshly picked and placed in a plastic bag to retain moisture. Allow plants to sit for a few minutes before bagging so that any bugs can depart.
